| The Wildcats are on the verge of a playoff
season after two non conference wins to start the 2018 schedule. An impressive
35-7 Week 1 win over New Richmond was followed by 49-12 thrashing of Ellsworth
in Week 2. Both wins were engineered by senior QB Logan Graetz. The 6' 5" signal
caller completed 15 of 17 passes for 257 yards against Ellsworth after a 15 for
23, 301 yard performance, against New Richmond. River Falls now begins an
arduous 3 game Big Rivers campaign with a road trip to D1 ranked Hudson,
followed by 2017 Big Rivers champ, Menomonie and a game at defending D3 state
champ, Rice Lake. Even going 1-2 in that stretch would be a boost for a late
schedule playoff run. |
