| The Mondovi Buffaloes graduated several
outstanding athletes from their 2019 Dunn-St. Croix championship team but they
left one of the best for 2020. Senior running back Tanner Marsh ran for 1414
yards last season after rushing for 1006 yards as a sophomore. Friday night,
Marsh slashed through the Osseo-Fairchild defense for 321 yards and 4 touchdowns
as Mondovi's 48-20 win staked an early claim as one of the favorites to win the
Cloverbelt. Despite the shortened schedule, Marsh is already hot on the trail of
a third consecutive 1000 yard season, a feat that will have very few members in 2020. |
